Refund Policy for DCG Lead Techs LLC

At DCG Lead Techs LLC, we strive to provide exceptional lead dust sampling services. Please carefully read our refund policy to understand your rights and responsibilities when engaging with our services.

1. Deposits Are Non-Refundable

All deposits made to secure our services are non-refundable. By paying a deposit, you acknowledge and agree that the deposit is retained by DCG Lead Techs LLC as consideration for reserving time, materials, and resources to perform the requested lead dust sampling services.

2. Service Cancellations

  • Cancellations by Client: If you wish to cancel or reschedule an appointment, you must notify us at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled service. Failure to provide at least 24 hours' notice may result in a forfeiture of your deposit.

  • Cancellations by DCG Lead Techs LLC: In the rare event that we must cancel or reschedule your service due to unforeseen circumstances or other reasons, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide you with a full refund of any payments made, excluding the non-refundable deposit.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds will only be considered under the following circumstances:

  • Service Not Provided: If we fail to provide the lead dust sampling service as agreed upon (due to reasons within our control), we will issue a full refund (excluding the non-refundable deposit).

  • Inaccurate Service: If the results of our testing are deemed inaccurate or invalid due to errors or negligence on our part, we will offer a partial refund or a free retest, at our discretion.

4. Non-Refundable Services

Please note that the following services are non-refundable:

  • Deposits: As mentioned, all deposits are non-refundable.

  • Completed Services: Once the lead dust sampling has been conducted and results are processed, the service is considered rendered, and no refunds will be issued for services provided.

  • Consultations and Reports: Once consultation and reporting services are provided, they are also non-refundable.

5. Disputes and Issues with Service Results

If you are dissatisfied with the results or findings of the lead dust sampling, we are committed to addressing your concerns. However, we do not offer refunds for results, as they are based on the scientific analysis of the samples collected. If you have concerns about the accuracy of the test results, we will work with you to clarify any discrepancies or issues.

6. Requesting a Refund

If you believe you are eligible for a refund under the conditions outlined above, please submit a written request to our customer service team at dcgleadtechs@gmail.com. Include your service details (date, address, etc.) and the reason for the refund request. We will review your request and respond within 7 business days.

7. Amendments to the Refund Policy

DCG Lead Techs LLC reserves the right to update or amend this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, with an updated "Last Updated" date. By continuing to use our services, you agree to be bound by the updated terms.
